Question The PC I just built will not power on

I'm a first time builder, and just put together my PC. I was meticulous with assembling it, and I'm 99% I have everything connected and ran the correct way. When I plugged in the power supply, flipped the switch and tried to power on, nothing at all happened. No fans kicked on nor the light on the motherboard. Any information and recommendations are appreciated.

Did you try it outside of the case on a box before putting it in?
Recommendation is always test your parts outside the case on a box to see if it works or not.

Did you wire up the front panel connectors correctly according to the case and motherboard? You might want to try a screwdriver on the power on and power ground pins of your motherboard to see if it starts. If it does, then all you need to do is make sure to the case connectors properly.

Also, did you flick the PSU switch the other way, and is it operating in the correct voltage for your mains power (if applicable)?

Yes, I wired everything correctly. I also flicked the PSU switch to on. The only thing I can think of is that the power supply is faulty or there is a bad cable. I'm going to try to power on with another motherboard tomorrow.
