The pc shutting down

Recently an Issue where my PC would shut off (as if the power turned off) without any warning mostly while gaming ,So far I've tried Dusting the PC,monitoring the temperature (which was fine with the CPU at 30C-35C and the GPU 40C~ while gaming),updating my Graphics driver,searching for viruses and replacing the power cable.

I've had this PC for over a year and this only started recently (two days ago),it's worth noting that
it first started while I was playing warframe..

here are the specs:
GPU:Radeon HD 7730 v2 XFX Core 4GB Edition
CPU: Intel core I5 4690k (3.5 GHz)
PSU:HUNT-KEY APFC 700w (Silver)
motherboard: asrock b85 killer fatal1ty

So if its not temperatures, then i guess its your motherboard.

To test the overheating theory run your PC NAKED ,as in remove both side panels or 1 panel, to enable maximum air flow. See if this helps.
