Question PC won't boot up and just freezes on the BIOS splash screen when I try to enter BIOS Setup ?

I tried to remove the hdd and it allows me to access the bios set up and when I plug it back it just freeze on the bios splash screen. The only keys I can press was the "Tab" button and when I try yo enter the set up it says "Entering setup" and it took forever but nothing happens ? I have a Biostar A320mh motherboard

The only thing i can think of is either a wrong sata cable (most likely not), HDD faliure or just a Mobo problem which most of the time doesnt happen like that... I think it might be a dead HDD or it is an "incompatible" hdd.. idk if thats even a thing but i cant help you more than that

i had thi prob it tunrnd out that my hdmi monitor was the prob got a dell monitor and all was well
