As someone somewhere say's it a rebadged core2duo basically. They used them in more recent budget HP's and the like. I'm pretty sure it only has an 800mhz FSB which is a bit pants, but it's not a bad processor for what it is. I actually randomly have one in a socket 775 workstation test board I have at home. As a plus point it does run pretty cool.
