The problem when install windows 10 32 bit for dell vostrol 3670 desktop. I created flash USb to install windows 10 32 bit. It's ok until the system require reboot to finish install Window, and then the Bios can not find boot drive.

Simple question...How many RAM do you have installed?
This tricked helped for many others...What you need to do is the following.
Take your USB andn Reformat it to NTFS file...Then you Reinstall windows 10 Again WITH THE (MEDIA CREATION TOOL 1909)...When the windows 10 installation for USB has completed then try booting up again(Make sure your USB is first boot order in BIOS then try the setup again.
When the Windows 10 setup completes the pc will restart(MAKE SURE TO REMOVE THE USB WHEN THE COMPUTER RESTARTS)
