Okay. After a full week of research about the Sabertooth 990fx r2.0 and M5a99fx pro r2.0 i have a list of pro's and cons of both system..

Most reported problems with a few M5a99fx pro r2.0 are.

-North and south bridge getting to hot
- Compare to the sabertooth in overclocking. Getting passed 5.0 on m5a99fx gets really unstable with the cpu running really hot!!

Good things about this board

-Cheaper than the sabertooth 990fx r2.0
- can overclock DDR3 32GB @ up to 2133 (according to asus specifications, the sabertooth max is 1866)

Most reported problems with a few sabertooth 990 fx r2.0 are

- Some people are having audio issues. mostly happen after trying to sli two Gtx gpu's (no one seem to know the exact cause and why it is happening and how to fix it) most people said that the only thing to is to return the Motherboard for a new one. and even a bio's update won't fix

Good things about this board

-Run cooler than the m5a99fx pro r2.0. There's nearly no reports about the sabertooth board getting hot

- Can over clock pass 5.0 (which is a problem with m5a99fx pro r2.0)

- The board was made to last, and since there is close to no bad reports about motherboard issues, asus did a really great job and i guess that's why the warranty is 5 years

My choice of board is sabertooth because most people who owned the board really have no problems with it at all.
