Hello all,
I know it is super excessive and border line crazy, but I have put 12 fans in my current set up.
The reason I want to do it is because I want to run push/pull configure for my H150i (also very unnecessary). Now that it’s finished and I have tried different configurations, I decided to settle with 1 configuration that works best for what I do, which is light gaming like RDR2, COD: MW, LOL on 1080p and I never play more than 3 hours a day, light Microsoft work, video editing and live streaming my games.
The configuration I have decided to go with is 3 Bottom Intakes, 3 Top Exhaust and 6 Side Intake (AIO) because it keeps everything at a respectable temperature IMO. I have taken the liberty to record some data for your amusement.
Note that the WORST configuration is 3 Bottom Intake, 3 Top Exhaust and 6 Side Exhaust (AIO). When I ran a stress test on OCCT, one of the cores overheats (above 90) so if you do want to set up something like mine, avoid that set up.
