I see here in this setup https://www.vlchelp.com/fix-movies-loud-music-low-dialogue/ that you can use the sliders to normal the sound while watching the movie on the computer but is there a software like this https://www.vlchelp.com/fix-movies-loud-music-low-dialogue/ that you can save the setting in the MP4 movie file.
