Solution

The UPS' output includes PSU losses and whatever else you are connecting to your UPS. Also make sure you aren't confusing watts with VAs. A 350VA UPS will start complaining at 200-250W.

My PC (i5-3470, HD5770, 32GB RAM, three HDDs, Antec EA-650, 24" LCD, one external USB hub) use 200W under full CPU+GPU load. Your PC won't be very far from that unless you have a PSU with exceptionally poor efficiency: the i7-3770 uses maybe 15W more than my i5 and the GTX950 is in the same ballpark as the HD5770 for power.

Your PC will use less than 300W peak. Practically any decent quality PSU over 350W (tier three or better on the list) will get the job done if you are not planning to OC.

But a high quality 380W PSU like the Antec EA380 costs about the same as the 520W Seasonic S12-II and its countless rebrands, so most people will pick the S12-II or equivalents for the extra headroom.

is it good for me?
THERMALTAKE SMART SE 630W

i really like this psu because of low profile cables, for easy cable management

or maybe not? then what other 600W should i get with low profile cables?
