Nvidia 9400GT is quite a old and weak card. You may have to get a brand new GPU.

yes! that graphic render games with only 16 shaders. it's slower than my 8600 gt which has 32..

you need at least a 9600gt (ddr3 and 64 shaders) or a 240 gt (96 shaders) for those games. buy some used, they are also too old
