The second fan on Cryorig heatsink cooler not spinning!

Hello everyone,

I hope you all have been fine.

I bought Cryorig R1 Universal (CPU heatsink cooler) and it seems the first fan (closer to the RAM) is spinning all the time - reaches 1000rpm sometimes - and the second fan is not spinning.
The motherboard is ROG MAXIMUS IX CODE and I have connected the cable of the two fans to the two fan headers shown in the picture below:

I tried to give the second fan a spin and push but no luck.

All right, so I connected the first CPU fan to the header located on the top right corner, and the second fan connected the header on the bottom left corner.
Here is what I mean:

Ok you have it wrong then - look at my picture and there are two at the top right - plug both into there

That would be the reason why only one fan is spinning because you only have one plugged into the CPU fan headers

Sorry I should have explained further, you said you have one running and one not running. Plug the one that is not working into the header of the working one and plug the one that is working into the header of the non working one, if the one that previously worked doesn't work anymore then it's likely a board problem, if the non working fan (now plugged into the functioning header) does not function again then it is a fan issue

Nerro he had them plugged in in the wrong place from the start I think so it would make sense that only one fan was spinning (he only had one fan actually plugged in)

You could also try the pwm splitter that comes with the r1 on the header that is working. If the second fan doesn't spin then you know it's the fan at least.
