THE SIMS 3 Windows Vista/XP Run on 7?

I bought the wrong one cant return it can I still download the sims 3(xp/vista) on windows 7 if so do i need to do anything else.

im sorry, what? you mean you got a digital copy from a website and you bought the one for XP/vista instead of the one for W7? im pretty sure it will work unless you accidentally bought one for 64bit and you have 32 or vice versa

Yes it should work, but you can also run it in compatibility mode if it does not run so good.
