THE SIMS 3 Windows Vista/XP Run on 7?

I bought the wrong one cant return it can I still download the sims 3(xp/vista) on windows 7 if so do i need to do anything else.

im sorry, what? you mean you got a digital copy from a website and you bought the one for XP/vista instead of the one for W7? im pretty sure it will work unless you accidentally bought one for 64bit and you have 32 or vice versa 😛

Yes it should work, but you can also run it in compatibility mode if it does not run so good.
