The Sims: House Party Windows 10 Crash

The Sims: Hot Date works normally but House Party crash (Not responding) when i click on house. Is there any fix?

1 - Did you bought the physical copy?
2 - Did you applied the official updates for these DLCs?
3 - Have you changed anything from game? Files? Using Cheats ? Custom Scripts?
