The Sims Mega Deluxe help!!

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if anyone can help or not, but it's worth a try. Just
yesterday I bought The Sims Mega Deluxe, and I am having problems running
the game. I installed everything correctly, but when I put Disc 1 in of
the Deluxe Edition like it asked to start playing, it started to load just
for a second then went back to the desktop. I have no clue how to fix
this. If anyone knows, I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you in
advance! 🙂

I'd suggest going to the Sims site (http://thesims.ea.com/us) and
looking at the help section (link at top right).
