The sound on windows 10 laptop wont work HELP

Hi yesterday I installed windows 10 and my sound was working perfectly fine. Until Windows 10 finished installing and now the speakers in my laptop wont make any sound. This is really frustrating because I was wanting to steam some of my xbox one games to my pc but now I cant because the sound wont work for anything on my computer and it ruins the gaming experience. I checked if the speaker is working on my computer and my laptop says it is working even though it isn't. I have contacted Microsoft but they haven't responded so please if anyone knows how to fix this problem please tell me thanks.

I have updated my whole computer and still no sound this happening to anyone else

I noticed on my desktop that it was showing three speakers?(2 are HDMI0, checked as working when I only have the rRealtek HD audio connected to the motherboard, from the front panel of the pc. the sound is fantastic and has more oomph than when I was in windows 7 with SP1. The laptop is putting out more sound than before too.if it works,don't fix it,i say.
