the start button doesn't work when i play pes 2013

the start button doesn't work when i play pes 2013 and try doing some stuff like skip the team intro in the beginning of the match or skip the replay after scoring goal...and it works when i test it in the settings .... i've searched about this problem alot but can't find a solution...someone help me please

From where did you get this game (the installation files)? Are all updates/patches applied?
