The system has halted please help!

Hi! I have recently connected a network card in my dell optiplex 745 It works.... But when I try to connect to a network the system suddenly shows blue screen saying the memory parity error...... the system has halted... I want to ask that why is this happening?
Ki dly note that If I connect my phone to pc and turn on mobile data and also the usb tethering it connects and does not show any error... Please help.....
