Question The system restarts, for no reason

Hello Guys, I build a PC and have a problem with him, the pc work for 3 min and then start to restart, I Have a RYzen 7 3800x, MSI B550 Mag Tomahawk, GPU is a radem 6700xt, 16 GB ram Viper and a PSU be quiet 11 850w, recently I change the ram from Corsair with these to because is the Same problem, I have the most recent BIOS for the MB

Does the problem persist if you change the RAM back to old sticks?

What are the rest of your specs?
Failure after a time smacks of a temperature issue.
If you have a failing aio or such, that is what I would expect.

CPU-Ryzen 7 3800x
GPU- Radeon 6700xt
PSU- Be quiet straight power 11 850w
MB-Msi B550 MAG Tomahawk
Ram-16GB Viper 3200
SSD M2 Samsung 980
SSD Samsung EVo 870
The Temp was like 40-65 max, is just keep booting endless.
Right now Set the Voltage for the CPU from 1.4 to 1.35 and seems to be staible… but idk If is good for the CPU
