The time says AM when it is PM

As the title say, my windows clock at the bottom right says 6:00 AM when it is actually PM. I've looked at the time zones already, it is correct.

You can easily change the AM to PM by:
1. Clicking on the time/date in the taskbar.
2. Click on Change date and time settings...
3. Click on Change date and time...
4. Click on AM and, using the scroll arrows to the left, click the up or down arrow and change it to PM.
5. Click on OK
6. Click on Ok again
This will change the setting.
