What is your system(s) again randomstar? I'm not sure of anything that should literally be getting 50ppd.

I will be off on medical leave, for at least 2 weeks, possibly in June, so want a buffer to cover bills that my temp disability might not cover. I probably won't be folding again till fall, though.

Thanks, short term it will suck, but long term health should be much improved.

Best of luck on your recovery logainofhades. And good idea on your buffer, as the only guaranteed thing about short term disability is that it will be stressful (at the worst time for additional stress). But if it is any consolation my brother's short term disability worked somewhat smoothly for surgery a few months back.

OK, meant 50K, but.. the system is an i5 3470k, Ge Force 1050.

If kept cooled and overclocked the 1050 can produce 150,000 PPD when left on all day long.
If you brouse the web and watch a few videos , points will not change a lot.
If you game and pause folding, points can nose dive if you pause mid work unit.

A PASS KEY is critical for quick return bonus.
Points with a pass key can be significantly higher.
The one I'm running now.

It is that time of year.
People in the northern hemisphere start shutting down .Temps are getting warmer
In a few weeks people in the southern hemisphere start firing up. Temps are getting colder. Computers are fairly efficient space heaters.

Try adding (or removing) the 'client-type' 'beta' flag and see if that changes anything. The GPU I had folding still has work at the moment.

Some thoughts:
Try stopping the client, deleting everything out of work folder, and restarting
Try deleting the slot in fahcontrol and adding it back again.
Try using the beta flag

Tried all of that. Still happened.
This morning I uninstalled and deleted everything.
Reinstalled and got a work unit.
Lest see how it goes today.
