[SOLVED] The USB-C front panel port on my case doesn't work, and the motherboard connection ?

I have an ASUS prime z790-p WiFi motherboard and a Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo case. The 2 front panel usb A ports work perfectly, however the usb-c port on the front panel does not work.

I have checked my USB drivers
I have updated my bios.
I don't know what else to do.

Have you plugged the USB-C cable into the motherboard? They can take a fair degree of force to fit properly.

Take care. It took me 5 minutes to get the other end of the USB-C cable plugged into the socket on the motherboard. It was incredibly tight and I ended up removing the mobo from the cramped case to see what I was doing. I was worried I might break something if I forced the connector in at a slight angle off vertical.
