Question THE usbkey cannot save files error

Hi,
I have a 256G usb key was working few month ago, can't save files now.
there are only folder names left after paste, why?

More information needed:

Any specific error number or code presented?

Did you do a copy and paste from file/folder source to the target USB drive?

Make and model USB drive / key?

With the key inserted into a USB port open Disk Management.

Expand the window to show the entire window contents.

Do a screen capture and post here using imgur (www.imgur.com).
