The Video Card Error LED is on eventhough the Video card works

Hello,
My motherboard shows that there's an error with the video card through the video card error LED. I have tested the card with another motherboard and it works. Is there a problem with my motherboard?
Motherboard Model: ASUS P8P67 Pro
This motherboard doesn't have on board graphics.
Any assistance regarding this issue would be much appreciated.

Did you attach all the power cables your card requires? High-end cards need two 6-pin or 8-pin connectors, or a combination of the two.
