[SOLVED] "The volume was created successfully but it was not formatted." Error

I recently flashed a version of Linux on my USB, used it and worked out fine. But when I went to format it to use it as a normal drive again, it would only format 3MB out of the 16GB. So I went to disk management and saw there were 2 partitions, one unallocated and one volume. So I made a plan to remove the existing volume and creating a new volume over the whole drive ( which would format it in NTFS )but it didn't really happen as I expected. " The volume was created successfully but it was not formatted. Retry the format using the format task." and the drive doesn't have a drive letter nor can I change it ( It would turn into a RAW Drive but the volume would be "inaccessible" and I tried m3datarecovery and the drive doesn't have a letter so "chkdsk" wouldn't work). Now I'm stuck, tried almost every "diskpart" command (clean doesn't work and it tells me to enter a CD in the Flash Drive) . Thanks for helping!

Well, I just fixed it!
All I used was SD Formatter.
SD Formatter Tool https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/
Worked very quick, too.
