The windows screen is blue.

I have windows 8 in my PC when I installed my windows Crack suddenly it restart. after that the screen appear blue. one thing I had logon security ALT+CTRL+DELETE
now i want to sign in my computer it say the user profile account Service service failed the sign-in
but i want to sign-in with safe mode unfortunately it also don't work and want password.
Please help me it is my large problem.

Sounds like you installed a virus. Buy Windows from a legitimate retailer and you won't have problems like that.
