the problem is i cant hear dialogue

is it a bug? tw3 or win 10 or my audio is the cause? how can i fix?

i have g4600 and h110.

got a hp speaker and a jbl t110 earphone both cant hear dialogue in tw3.

other apps and games work on 7.1
