The Witcher 3 Buildings look wierd

Does anyone know why some buildings in The Witcher 3 look like this in my game?

I'm running game on:
i5 6600k
8 gb ram
R9 390 MSI

Not sure, but if you're overclocked, try neutralising that to see what happens. Also have a look at your GPU and perhaps CPU temps , and finally, try a different driver version for your GPU (older or newer).

As of now I'm not overclocked,and my in game temps are GPU - 47c - 53c and CPU temps are 33c - 40c.
not all buildings are doing this just a few that I've seen only been playing the game for couple days now.

Check for new drivers for your GPU (or even older ones).
This is either a dead memory module on the GPU, corruption of data in texures for the game (reinstalling should fix it then), drivers of gpu not reading things correctly or perhaps some mod you are using that is messing things up.
