Yea I have "Open Hardware Monitor" on constantly, the graphs are fairly consistent

Well that's normal too. If you are galloping around on Roach then you are loading a lot of new areas, and the game runs slower when it loading new sections into memory.

Walking through Novigrad now and it's just as bad, even though the FPS counter doesn't show a drop there is still the occasional lag
