Hey, just as the title says, using 2x 570 GTX and I see only like 2 - 3 FPS difference with SLI turned on and off, is there somehow a way that the game is not utilizing both cards properly ? :|

anyways running the game with single SLI on 30 FPS with everything on ultra 1080p except Foliage and wihtout hairworks etc.

either way, i didnt downlaod the drivers, im told they cause the game to crash 24/7..

Solution
You are not seeing any gain because the drivers contain the SLI profile. Without the latest driver, you are only able to use 1 of your cards.

Edit: I am updating to the newest driver (352.86) right now.
Crossfire does the same, I get 1-2 fps more with my second 290x enabled. Not sure about nvidia, from what I read the witcher 3 ready drivers only really work with the 900 series so I would try rolling back the drivers and see if it helps.

Your very welcome. just remember next time. If a new game comes out, you will need to install the new driver as well in order for SLI to work properly. Your lucky you are on Nvidia side. AMD hasn't updated drivers for over 5 months now.

Well done.

When running the older GTA V driver i get a choppy 27/30 fps (no improvement when switching to SLI mode). When I updated to the latest Game Ready Driver I get 42-48 FPS but I can't get past 60 seconds without the game freezing.

The sound runs in the background but all peripherals become unresponsive (if I unplug my mouse/keyboard and plug them back in they don't light up)

This is soooo dumb, my temps are staying fine, but the driver is going nuts, probablt sending my rig into endless lopping calculations or doing SOMETHING to hang my system. How can my SLI be so ineffective on the previous driver version? I have no crash or error logs to use.

I am also using a PS3 controller emulated through DS3 Tool to appear as a Xbox controller (this doesn't seem to affect the freezes when its not plugged in)
