If it isn't there now, and you followed the FAQ, then I did not see
the post. If you did not follow the FAQ, then I did not record it.

----------

To get your deck added to the archive, do the following:

1) Schedule a standard constructed deck tournament thru the following
V:EKN event calendar:
http://206.65.59.246/vtes/calendar/addevent.tpl

2) Notice that storyline tournament winning decks and multi-deck
tournament winners are not archived on this page.

3) Type up a tournament report and post it to the Usenet newsgroup:
rec.games.trading-cards.jyhad

4) Include the following information in your report:
a) Name of Event
b) location of event
c) date of event
d) number of players in attendance at event
e) the correct full name of the winning player
f) the entire correct contents of the deck

5) After reading your report, I will verify that it was on the
official schedule, and if it had 10 or more players in attendance, I
will add the deck to the archive with no additional work on your part.

Claim your 15 minutes of fame.

Were I to be casually checking, your post talks about "Praxis Tlaxcala".

I would then go to http://206.65.59.246/vtes/calendar/events.tpl and
search for events. I would find that there was, according to that, a
tournament in Mexico City (a "City" entry of "Mexico" suggests that,
anyway).

Since Mexico City isn't Tlaxcala - Tlaxcala being about 120km away from
Mexico City according to <http://www.tourbymexico.com/tlaxcala/tlaxcala/
tlaxcala.htm> and it looks about that on a map - I'd assume that the
tournament hadn't been entered in the appropriate manner.

It certainly seems a bit unhelpful to have the published details that
wrong, anyway.

No, you clearly did not.

4b is incomplete or missing.
No city is mentioned, no state, no country.

Tlaxcala does not appear in the tournament calendar at all.
http://206.65.59.246/vtes/calendar/events.tpl

This might explain why it would not have been added to the TWD.

In any case, the first time I saw this deck was in the Gangrel
Antitribu newsletter, as evidenced by the RGTCJ deck archive:

http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/rgtcjdeckarchive/messages

If you would like the deck to appear in the archive, post a followup
to your original article with 4b completely explained.

Let me clarify this, i'm Omael Rangel, Prince of Mexico City, I
scheduled a Prerelease event for the 19th, but the product didn't
arrived in time (in a matter of fact it havent arrived yet). Enrique,
Prince of Tlaxcala (which is certainly far away from Mexico City) is
living now in Mexico City and he asked me if he could host a
Constructed tournament (same day, same time) instead of the canceled
Prerelease event.
So, in resume, Enrique shouldn't be doing events in Mexico City but
this was an extraordinary event.
If you want me to i could send the tournament results instead of him.

Omael,
Prince of Mexico City.

And white wolf was informed a few days before the tournament about the
changes due to the distrubution troubles.
Thanks,

Why not? Anyone can organise tournaments, Prince or not.

All of this is really just wacky.

I think the best option is just to repost the tournament report according to
what Jeff wants, and everyone can move on.

If anybody can organize a tournament, what it's the problem with
enrique, doing a tournament in tlaxcala or mexico city? It's a prince
and it's an official tournament and that's it.

The problem was that because of the way he'd done things, his posts
didn't actually provide TheLasombra with all the requested information
in the required manner.

(This is made clear by other posts in the thread, by the way.)
