I don't think this is a windows 10 theme thing. On the start menu all the icons are red. When the PC closes down I get a final red screen. Can this be changed?

I would also like the spotlight images back at startup and having re-installed they are gone.

Go into settings then click on personalization. Then look for accent colors. That color can be changed.

Ok will look at that. How about the start up spotlight images. I have gone to lock screen and seen some image but nothing to do with startup.
