There are bright spots on my laptop screen

Hello. I bought a laptop HP 250 G4 3 months ago and after a month I noticed 3 bright spots on my display. I went to the store and they told me that since it's something that I did they cannot repair it but I've never touch the display with anything since I was afraid to scratch it.
 
Solution
the laptop is sold by hp and they must provide the support, no matter the store who sold it

contact them, open the hp website for your country and ask for support with them, they will tell you what you can do on this case
if the spts are perfect pixels, those are dead pixels

if the spots are areas where the scren is more white, more bright, that could be pressure over the screen, when you transport the laptop and you push the screen or apply pressure, sometimes happens

can you post pictures of the problem?

the store, depending on the problem they should take it for waranty or charge you for another screen, depends on what exactly happened

It's not an official HP store. They sell different brands. How can I contact HP and what should I tell them?
 
looks like pressure over the screen, happens alot on old laptops, sometimes pressure or dust gets caught behind the lcd and dots like that appera, sometimes you can open and remove what is pushing the screen there

if it is still under warranty, talk directly to hp, or they fix it or they ask money form you to fix it

i had laptops on the work like that for years, if you do nothing, they will be like that forever, it usually doesn't progress at all, unless you push it more or more dust or particles gets into the back of the display
 


Actually the laptop is brand new. the picture that I posted wasn't mine but something similar. How can I contact HP and what should I tell them?

 


In Albania. But I didn't buy the laptop from an Hp store. I have the reciept.
