If there are already four partitions on that drive, you cannot create a new one as four is the maximum number allowed.

Please provide the screenshot of your disk management. If there are already four primary partitions on that drive, you can convert one primary partition to logical partition and then create new partition again.

I remember Easeus Partition Master has this feature, check its official tutorial: Convert primary partition to logical partition, you can use its free edition.

Probably the MBR partition. You can't do anything with it.

MBR wouldn't be 100G, just 100M. 100G is a lot of unaccounted-for space. heck, many people pay close to $80 for an SSD with that much space...
