Hello everybody, ive read this is a common problem with Windows 11. Ive done 2 fresh windows 11 install in my new PC because of this, also happened to me on my other PC. After some days or weeks of use, it suddenly greets me with this issue.
"Profile Service failed, Profile could not load"
If i shut down the PC i am greeted with the same problem until i restart and log in. When i log in, it says preparing Windows and all my windows related settings goes to default. I am about to go back to Windows 10 but i really like Wiondows 11. Any way to avoid them? It happened to me some days ago again,
I already did a disk check, disk clean up and updated everything including the BIOS.

I can't say I seen that error before

Do you use the same user on all logons? Are you using a Microsoft Account? I wonder if its a syncing issue.
If you use an MSA (Microsoft Account) to logon, it could be grabbing the wrong settings from cloud
To stop backing up your settings and remove them from the cloud, turn off Windows backup settings on all the devices connected to your Microsoft account. After this is done, you'll need to remove these settings from your account. Here's how:

  1. Go to account.microsoft.com/devices.
  2. At the bottom of the page, select Clear stored settings.

its really the only way it can happen on 2 different PC. Its a roaming profile, seems the one of server is wrong. Clearing it should fix problem. I had to turn it off on win 10 as it was loading the wrong desktop wallpaper size after I swapped from using 1080p to 4k a few years ago.

Have you tried making a local user and see if it has same problems?

create a local account and make it admin - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...-windows-20de74e0-ac7f-3502-a866-32915af2a34d
copy the contents of C:/users/olduserfolder onto the C:/Users/Newuserfolder
that gives it the same access as normal user.
logon and see if its same thing...
