Question There is black spots on my computer circuits? I dont know why they are there

My computer has black spots on the circuits and stuff and it doesnt charge or turn on did I fry it if so is it fixable?

It looks to me like an inspector's mark... possibly where they put a mark on a connector to indicate they checked that it was connected at assembly.

Why did you open the laptop in the first place? Was it working when you bought it? Did it break one day and you tried to fix it?

I've had it for like 3 years and it was working fine but then the hard drive stopped working so I opened it to change it then I guess I accidentally messed with something and that happened they weren't there before
