there is loss in this structure?

First sorry for my english.

I mounted a wired network between 2 routers and I'm in doubt about the proccess and if I made it right.
The first router is config with the own IP and the second router has similar ip with the end different. The LAN port 1 of the first router carries the internet to the second, plugged into WAN port. The second router is config with "dynamic IP" and get the IP from the first one and give to the others computers. I wanna know is this the proccess? its right?
The DHCP server of the second router is activated like the first one.
I wanna know if maybe there is lost in download taxes... I use these computers for download.
Or if you know some better configuration I would be pleased to set up the network

in you setup make sure that the LAN IP of the second router has a different IP scheme than the first one.

LAN IP first router 192.168.1.1
LAN IP second router 192.168.5.1

or you could configure the second router as an AP so all devices are on the same network.
