Solution
That's why I mentioned earlier that you could run into issues by unlocking the second core.

Best regards; thanks for choosing me as the solution.
Well, it appears I was wrong. But, I don't think your motherboard has Advanced Clock Calibration. It doesn't say anything about it on ASRock's web page.

http://www.asrock.com/mb/nvidia/n68-s3%20fx/

Either way, check this thread out: http://www.tomsguide.com/forum/id-247436/amd-sempron-140-core-unlock.html

in the asrock page there is a specification page go there and there is a UCC feature

Are you using the latest bios revision? If not, update to the latest, stable (not alpha/beta/etc.) version.

I just checked your motherboard's manual, and it seems like you would want to go under "OC Tweaker" and tinker with the "CPU Active Core Control" option.

Change of plans sir,i think if will going to unlock my core there is a possibility that my computer will be unstable so im going to buy a new proc and mobo which is AMD Athlon x4 635 and the mobo is AMD 880GM-LE
