there is no beep with my cpu

why there i no beeping sound after i witch on my cpu , the cpu fan & hdd are running runing but there is no ound or diplay?

Make sure the 8/4 pin cpu power connector is plugged in

I haven't heard a beep on any system I have build in years ... case speakers are a rarity in enthusiast boards.

Make sure 8 pin EPS cable is plugged in next to CPU
Make sure CU fan is plugged into correct header
