Question There is no fan on the Corsair H60 radiator ?

I have a coolermaster elite 110 case, my motherboard is a z97m-plus and my CPU cooler is a corsair h60.
When I open the computer case, there is no fan on the radiator; how do I fix It ?

does the fan spin for a few seconds at boot up or shut down as this would at least confirm that the fan is not dead.
Check that the plug into the mobo is in properly , unplug it and reseat it , i once had a fan stop working because warm air on a wire moved the plug just enough to stop it connecting properly

Are you positive the fan isn't behind the radiator?
