Recently my antivirus uninstalled itself by accident so I reinstalled it.
Now a node-webkit ("Cannot run package") window keeps popping up with the following message.

"There is no 'package.json' in the package, please make sure the 'package.json' is in the root of the package."

I tried uninstalling Java from my computer. It stopped popping up every 10 seconds. But it still shows up when my computer starts up.
Are there any solutions?

(sorry if this is the wrong section to post this, still new to the forum)

Solution
if it only appears every time you start Windows it will be one of your startup items.
You can see all your startup items with Ccleaner: http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

Ccleaner allows you disable or delete any startup items which you do not want to start with Windows.

The trick is in finding the right startup entry which is triggering the message you want to suppress. That's why it's safer to disable an entry rather than deleting it, until you are sure you've got the right one.
