There is no sound coming out

my speaker are showing that they are working but no sounds is coming out

I assume by "my speaker are showing that they are working" you meant you see some sort of light representing the speakers are powered on.

1. Try turning volume up.
2. Make sure audio cable is connected to the correct port in the PC (usually colored green.)
3. Go to device manager, double click on "sound, video, game controllers" and tell me whats listed there.
