Question There is not display menu in nvidia driver if there is not external monitor?

i knew this problem in laptops but i have a external monitor and when i connect it to laptop, i can see display menu in driver. when i don't that, display menu disappear. Meanwhile; if external monitor dont connect to laptop, amd driver opens. how can i fix that?

Make and model monitor?

As near as I can determine (by looking at my English version of Nvidia Control Panel) you may be using the incorrect video port.

Update your post to include laptop make & model, monitor make & model, and what video ports and cables are being used.

Physically how is the monitor being connected to the laptop? Any adapters being used?

If possible, post your Nvidia Control Panel menus in English.
