[SOLVED] There is something wrong with my graphics card and I am not sure what.

Under device manager > Display adapters > NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER there is a yellow caution sign showing something wrong and when I click on properties under 'Device Status' it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)".

I have tried updating the driver (manually[many different ways] and automatically) / uninstalling letting it reinstall [with many shutdowns and restarts in between attempts] / and hard shutting down my computer.

The only thing that temporarily fixed it was shutting down my computer by holding down the power button for 30 sec (I read to do this on a website I cant find anymore) and unplugging everything for 5 mins. This made the error go away for a day until I used my computer again and only worked twice and will no longer temporarily solve the problem.

It could possibly slowly be getting worse bec now my computer will not connect to my DP port and I now have to use the HDMI port.

I am about to look into updating my BIOS to hopefully solve the problem (as a friend suggested) which I am not hopeful it will, but I do not know where to go from there. Could my graphics card be physically unusable? I am thinking to try a factory reset if updating my BIOS does nothing.

I just want to play Elden Ring and the game will not load and says something like my frame rate is too garbage.

I know very little about computers so sorry if I look ignorant with anything I typed, but does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this problem?
Also I built this computer myself with a lot of help from a friend about 2 years ago and have not had any problems until now.

You could try and update your BIOS, then download the latest GPU drivers from Nvidia, use DDU, uninstall all GPU drivers then manually reinstall the latest GPU driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator. If that doesn't work, see if you can source a donro PSu that's of equal wattage and is reliably built to see if the PSU might've been playing with the system.

The fact that you have an error 43 as well as 0MB is a bad sign, you'll need to RMA the card if you're under warranty, outside of that the GPU is faulty/failing and pretty much show purple dotted lines on your screen.
GPU-Z says the memory size is 0MB.

And Im not sure the make and model, Gold Power Supply EVGA 850GQ? Is its age somewhere on it bec I dont see it, but bought it 2 years and a month ago.

Also my friends said the fans are loud and Im not sure if they have gotten louder than they used to be or not but they seem relatively normal if a little louder than they should be.

Thanks for any help!
