Hi, when my I power up my pc it had red vertical covering the whole screen. I can see the gigabyte logo when it boot up then when windows is loading the red lines glitches across the screen after loading it lead to a black screen, my monitor wasn't receiving signal from my pc. I power on and off my pc via power button i took many times until it loaded properly. Do you have any suggestion on whats happening to my PC. I took my hard drives off knowing my OS cause it but it keeps happening. Please help

But your GPU should still be under warranty. You just need to send it back to the manufacturer, telling them it's faulty. They'll send you new one. All this is, of course, assuming you still are covered under warranty. If not, you'll have to rely on the integrated GPU until you can afford a new GPU. But your GPU should be under warranty, so you can send it back for a replacement - make sure to describe the problem and also explain what all you did to confirm it's the GPU that's the problem, not some other component.

I have:
i5-6500
Gigabyte B150M-D3H
Kingston 8GB 2133Mhz
Asus Dual GTX1050ti
WesternDigital Blue 1TB and 250GB
Corsair VS650

As smorizio said, run the computer on the iGPU instead, and see if the issue is still there. If it isn't, you'll have to get the GPU replaced. If it stays, it's either the motherboard or the PSU. If possible, try running a different GPU on the motherboard. There's no other way to test the motherboard as far as I know, except using a different motherboard. It's better you return the motherboard as well, if you are sure it's not the PSU.
That PSU could also be the problem - it really isn't meant for gaming components. I'd recommend returning this and buying a different PSU - maybe the Corsair CXM series, or the SeaSonic S12II 520 W PSU - they are better suited for gaming components.

I updated my bios but its the same. I'm gonna remove my GPU.

So i removed my GPU it doesnt occur, I restarted a few times to see if it happened gain but its gone. I don't have enough money to buy a new or used GPU.
