thermal compund yes or no

i am building a pc with an amd 8320 i heard it comes with thermal compund preaplied but am not sure could you please tell me

The heatsink usually comes with some pre applied thermal compound while it works, most of the stock coolers and lower end coolers dont have high quality stuff and most of the time you can get lower temps by using good thermal compound like Arctic MX-4
