Question Thermal condition of my card

I have a Gigabyte rtx 3070 gaming oc. When I tested superposition benchmark, it reaches 80-81 degrees.

I play games while undervolted to 900mv and 1920mhz clock. It reaches like 74 degrees. in constant 100% usage.
Is the thermal condition okay or should I reapply thermal paste or replace my gpu?

The thermal condition seems OK to me. Those are normal TEMP values when the GPU is stressed on any benchmark or Game. How does the card perform in Gaming ?

List FULL PC specs as well, including PSU's model.

The latest I am playing is star wars Jedi: Fallen order at 1620p dldsr on a 1080p monitor. There's no stuttering except sometimes when sliding and 1-2 cutscenes. Fps is like 100+- and temp 74 max when undervolted to 900mv.

Mobo: msi b450m tomahawk max
Corsair cx650f PSU
R5 3600
2x8 ram 3200mhz
256gb m.2
Case is off brand and fans are preinstalled one's
