thermal grizzly conductivity want to use with noctua nh-d15 cooler will the lm work with copper cause d15 cooler is coper based read reviews that damaged the cpu because lm and copper didnt respond well together true or will it be safe

Its not worth using lm between the CPU Heatspreader and a Cooler.
lm will create a bond with the Copper and even if it doenst destroy the copper like it would to with aluminium, it will look really nasty over time.
Other then that there is the risk of lm spilling out to the sides and causing a short ciruit.

I would use high quality thermal paste between Heatspreader and Cooler and liquid metal only between the Die and the Heatspreader.

Noctua's paste is plenty good enough.
