Are there any compatibility issues between this thermal paste and Kraken Z73 AIO cooler?

I don't think it was brought up before in your other threads, but sadly, there are FAKES of the stuff out there, so be careful where you order it from.
A legit package should have a security code included for you to look up and confirm validity.

Kryonaut will be fine. Conductonaut would eat the aluminium if it was in direct contact with it because of the gallium.

The aluminum is the radiator. The cold plate underneath the pump head is copper - some coolers have nickel plated copper cold plates.
