Question thermal pads EVGA RTX 3060 XC 2mm? gelid gp extreme?

Will it take some time before the pads fully settle and squish to peak squish amount after ive re-padded and re-pasted my gpu?
A few thermal cycles maybe? then the performance will be maximum.
I also added pads on the back of the pcb for the vram too to increase cooling as much as possible. between metal backplate and pcb.

And are these pads an ok option? its the closest I could find for my EVGA RTX 3060 XC 12GB

any ideas at all? does anyone know anything about pad compression/squish time if your pads aren't EXACTLY as soft as the originals? how long does it take for them to fully 100% get compressed into their final shape?
