So finally after 4 years i decided to open up my PS4 slim, and clean the dust out and replace the Thermal paste.
Everything went ok! My PS4 runs alot quiter now.
But then i read online, that i have should changed the Thermal pads too.
My Question is, is that really necessary? And a must?
The excisting thermal pads were a bit deformed, but after reaplying them with tweezers they seem to be flat enough!
Any thoughts on this?
The thing is, even tho i have no trouble opening up my console again. It took me 2/3 days,
becouze i was really carrefully and really took my time to clean everything and wrote every step down.
And i really don't wanna open up my console again if its not necessary. Also it's time consuming.
